CHALLENGE

When SanDisk, the world leader in flash memory cards, rolled out their U3 smart TM technology with their newest USB drives, they required a multi-language interactive tutorial to ship with the new technology.

The SanDisk U3 Launchpad tour project presented many challenges in that the technology was being developed in tandem with the tutorial. The technology allowed users to carry files and newly developed software on USB drives. Our team created a multi-language interactive tutorial that supported 6 languages and allowed users to connect to the U3 Launchpad website to download new software. After thorough usability and technology testing the interactive tutortial shipped with tens of thousands of USB drives globally. Additionally, we created a online survey for SanDisk to gather feedback from users and improve upon the technology.
