Trendwest
CHALLENGE
Trendwest had recently launched a newly design website, but after extensive usability studies performed by Zanthus research, the site was found to be neither user friendly or easy to use.
We pursued a user-centric approach to develop a new site architecture and content to create a people friendly web experience. With the addition of consistent messaging and a complete redesign of the interface and design elements, the new site put visitors at ease from the moment they arrived. After launching the new site, Trendwest Resorts wanted to approach prospective buyers. We developed a campaign that was gentle and respectful, but still persuasive. Applying insights from a series of Zanthus purshase-decision studies, we melded strategic offers with a soft sell and low-key, self aware humor. The combination paid off. Through print and email channels, Trendwest enjoyed a tenfold return on its investment in the campaign.
